Lardass Michael Moore thinks that the American Sniper is a coward

All that said, Michael Moore is an ass. I would expect no less of him.

The assertion in the thread's subject line.

Right, and that's what I was discussing. Is this another attempt to redirect or obfuscate or are you not paying attention? Please let me know so I don't waste time responding to you if it's just a game you're playing again.

Moore thinks that the American sniper is a coward. I explained why I believe that opinion could only come from someone with his head up his ass, because a soldier should use whatever means he has at his disposal to ensure victory against his enemy, and to do so is not cowardice.

And you tell me this doesn't have to do with the subject.

Since so few of the people here have ever seen military service, I assume that their opinions are based on movies they've seen.

We can also assume that Michael Moore has limited combat zone military service as well.

Lot of typing there, you're wasting our time.

Sniping is cowardly, and effective. So Moore's right and, purely by accident, so are you!

:D

Don't read what I type if it's a waste of your time. But since you come here to "work out"...

Whether or not sniping is "cowardly" is an opinion, not fact. So Moore isn't right, because it's not something based in fact. Is it your opinion that sniping is cowardly?

As a long time practitioner of mano a mano martial arts I think a lot of methods of combat are cowardly. But I guess I could give snipers a pass if they wait for their target to turn and face them--shooting a man in the back is definitely cowardly.

I'm surprised at your ill informed opinion. Snipers are not cowards. There are no cowards engaged in battle. They are all men and women displaying great courage. In some cases that display of courage may be as a result of mis-guided political reasons for being there in the first place, but that's another subject altogether. All who fight are courageous. The enemy or not, everyone.
