There's been good action in individual stocks and in sectors. Why not see the glass as ½ full rather than ½ empty, and adapt?

Why...because he is exhibiting poor trading behavior to the vulnerable, and sorry no cred for pump and dump pennies.

You may be surprise that there were more "disbelief" about the ability to trade Emini ES like what you show on your chart for 2015 and early part of 2016 with all that volatility in comparison to today when there's "less" volatility.

We just are not going to see conditions like that chart for awhile. Not many solutions except finding other volatile markets for those that need the volatility or stay on the sidelines and wait for better trading conditions because there's no rule/law that requires trading in poor market conditions regardless if new highs or new lows are being made.

I remember (documented some posters here at ET) many complaining about trading Emini ES in those years...blaming the volatile price movement on HFT. I guess, be careful of what we wish for...less volatility.

I wish I knew what the yall were talking about. Have a gut feeling this is a good learner. I understand the scalp part, but the low volatility is something I'm trying to figure out. Does this type of market mean when you buy there is not that many sellers or the price isn't moving very much or both? How do you know this is going on?

Since its ES, volume is OK. But SPY, buy, volume, good for them ,[as of yesterday] but not me.On a candle chart, price looks like a flyspeck, or ''+''LOL.
As far as picking up pennies,LOL i do that; + get dividends, 2.Do i take out Pennies, usually out of SPY+ some leveraged stuff?? Sure + its mostly more. I seldom pay the bid -ask on an auto; or even buy new LOL+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
