Knockout "Game" Not New, Media Cover Up Not Either

Quote from Tsing Tao:

It's not good news. She resigned so they could appoint a democrat in her place who would keep the law as is until the next election. They can't recall an appointed democrat, they could have recalled her.

I'm sure a lib dem will take her place. The good news is a demoturd resigned over a gun control vote that the people won't stand for in 2013...

If a permit is an infringement so is a background check.

In fact both ARE by definition infringements. The court declaring them constitutional doesn't make them any less of an infringement.

And don't forget, this is the same court that upheld the obviously unconstitutional Obamacare as well as slavery among other things over the years. The courts opinion and decisions might make something law of the land. It don't necessarily make it right or even truly "constitutional". IOW the courts decisions change over the years, the constitution does not. Surely even you can see that.

Just because that is your opinion does not make it fact and by defination background check or permit is not listed as infringements in any dictionary I've seen. You seem think you are a constitutional law expert a criminal law expert a gun expert and on and on. Guess what you're not and yes neither am I. What you think is only your opinion. What is constitutional is a legal issue and what the Supreme Court says is what makes an issue constitutional and when a ruling is overturned then it is unconstitutional.

Do you even own a dictionary. Not a Dixie Chicks CD but a DICTIONARY? Both ARE infringements by definition moron. The fact you're too god damn stupid to recognize it doesn't change that fact.

NO dopey, it only seems that way to your ignorant ill informed stupid ass because I know so much more about it than you do.

Brilliant argument Lucrum.

If the Supreme Court could hear your argument just like you did it here I'm sure their opinion would change. Are you sure you're not a constitutional lawyer posing as a nitwit here on ET? Diabolical Lucrum.

The same court that ruled slavery constitutional? We already covered this moron.
The court's rulings make it law of the land, not necessarily right or constitutional.

Lucrum are you really this dense. The Supreme Court decides what is constitutional not you. If there is a disagreement no one goes to you to make the final decision, not on any subject.

Me? LOL
You're exhibiting your elementary school level reading comprehension again.

I did not say imply infer or suggest that anyone is going to ask me for a constitutional legal opinion.

I'm simply saying the court has been wrong in the past and is sometimes wrong now. An infringement is an infringement is an infringement. Just because the court allows it doesn't make it any less so. Interpretation of the Constitution has changed many times. Amendments notwithstanding, the Constitution does not. You yourself said just the other day that any entity making numerous decisions is bound to make a bad one occasionally. That includes the supreme court.
