Our bodies change haha...I used to love doing the keto diet and it worked really well. As of last year, after I hit 45, whenever I tried doing it I had heart palpitations. One time it actually put me into afib! Obviously I was either doing it wrong or something significantly affected me like never before.
Right. There is also a genetic predisposition for adhesion. A lot of moving parts, but just stay away from sugar as much as possible. Sugar=heart disease.
