Ketogenic dieting pointers

I used to love doing the keto diet and it worked really well. As of last year, after I hit 45, whenever I tried doing it I had heart palpitations. One time it actually put me into afib! Obviously I was either doing it wrong or something significantly affected me like never before.
Our bodies change haha...
 
Right. There is also a genetic predisposition for adhesion. A lot of moving parts, but just stay away from sugar as much as possible. Sugar=heart disease.

Hell, sugar, as bad as it is has nothing on High Fructose Corn Syrup. Talk about poison.

I take that every day. Though I'm not sure I take 800mg in the morning. I take it twice a day. Still had the palpitations and it wasn't fun. The afib also. I think I'm depleting something else. I replace magnesium, potassium...
