Yeah, if Trump gets to replace Kennedy we will basically turn into Iran in matter of a few years. You guys call yourselves conservatives but I don’t think you really want a truly conservative Supreme Court.
After the election is another story. Right now, it’s an election year and we should let the people decide. Or, at least, that was the logic with Merrick Garland.

I don't disagree, but Trump will still be the president after and it's still his pick, and again, his pick will meet total and complete resistance regardless.
I don’t see it happening that way. Either he will get his conservative choice with a Republican senate or a moderate with a dem senate.
The level of resistance is will be high before November but the dye will be cast afterwards.
If it were a general election (President and Vice President) I would have to agree with you. But it's not a general election.
