Watching MSNBC and they're almost is a state of, this is now war, all hands on deck. Chris Matthews is nearly breathless in his feverous comments to resist, we must resist this appointment, it's the most important thing we'll do in a generation. He's absolutely right, he knows the game, and this is it. Right here, right now, their idea of a solid leftist America via the courts is collapsing. They know the courts can override any electoral process, and this was the plan. Now it's done.
McConnell could not have implemented the "Biden rule" without the Democrats "nuclear option."
You guys just wait. He'll appoint Sessions to the bench and kill like 3 birds with one stone.

by the way... it really looks like the lefties are all following a moratorium while the "resist" talking points are being formulated.
Its like the old days when there were no paid soros trolls here. just a few real people lefties that were not total douche bags all the time.
I have no doubt the paid trolls be will back douching it up once the next cycle begins.
I suspect it will be all about putting the vote off until after the election.
they will make all sorts of specious arguments about Garland and the Constitution and the rule of law. And when you straighten them out they will turn on the foreign troll ad hom attacks instead of having a civil back and forth.

Need to get this guy through quickly. Have name next week and submit it. Expedited Senate hearing and vote. This is potentially as big as blocking Garland. It cannot be allowed to drag into the midterms.
Someones phone is ringing and that someone is John McCain. John isn't taking calls from Donald, so who is he talking to? The questions to ask is how big is Johns ego? We know the answer. How much does he hate Trump? We know that too. Just how much juice will they have to pump into him to get him to the Senate floor for a vote. The one republican, in name only, but none the less the one republican that can stall the vote until after the election. Big spot in the history books for the guy who did that. Might be a moot point if the dems don't gain any real ground come November, but it does buy them time until then.
