Shaub, who left his ethics post earlier this year, took issue with Conway’s comments.

“She’s standing in front of the White House. It seems pretty clear she was appearing in her official capacity when she advocated against a candidate,” Shaub tweeted.

I would like to know how the hatch act applies to her and what she said.

its complicated... I would like to see the argument.

I see a lot of b.s about what the law is supposed to mean.
I would like to see someone make an argument the way an attorney would.

Cite the exact part of the act she violated.
Then apply that law to Conway.

i very quickly noticed that in court... when an attorney said clearly or obviously... a judge or opposing attorney would say... if it is so clear cite the statute or case law.

In this case we see the argument... in that article...
"Based on this obvious violation of the Hatch Act"


I can't help but think that most judges would not accept that argument.
Most lawyers would suggest they have time... pull out the case the law...
and most readers would not know the Hatch act.

So what is so "obvious".
So again... I ask... please show us how it is so obvious?

By the way... I am not arguing its not. I am simply stating if it were obvious it should be easy to explain.

Conway has already been admonished once for her antics in regard to the Hatch Act. This is the second time. If this were a democrat in office you would be wanting her fired.

Trump has plenty of problems related to sexual assault and using his charity as a slush fund. So now what does your “what about” argument amount to?
