Kellyanne violates the Hatch Act.

admonished by whom? for what. are you talking about some partisans having a problem or did she actually get sanctioned after a fair hearing.

I think you regurgitate too much fake news.

Conway has already been admonished once for her antics in regard to the Hatch Act. This is the second time. If this were a democrat in office you would be wanting her fired.

Trump has plenty of problems related to sexual assault and using his charity as a slush fund. So now what does your “what about” argument amount to?

I am not arguing for Turmp ... I am arguing for truth.
how do we know this is not just overzealous bullshit vs a real issue if you can't cite the law.

If there really is a hatch issue then her job needs to be reclassified. if this really is a violation... its not an ethics issues its a scope of job issue.

These guys will argue anything for Trump. Totally brainwashed and lost any independent thinking abilities. She is clearly guilty, twice over.

She violated it before, she has done it again and it is obvious she has. With some you might argue she got carried away, it was unintentional slipping into a partisan attack. Actually with her is possibly was but she pushes and breaks the envelope of civilized behavior all the time. She still needs to be slapped on the nose.

Nobody is that stupid, look at the interview. I googled the Fox coverage this morning, nothing. That means they are shutting up until they find some wiggle room angle.

this is why people should care about facts and laws....

was Ms. Conway standing in a public building wearing a uniform or coercing employees?

here is a hatch act guide...
https://osc.gov/Resources/HA Pamphlet Sept 2014.pdf

If the employee is a covered employee the employee...

"May express opinions about candidates and issues. If the expression is political activity, however — i.e., activity directed at the success or failure of a political party, candidate for partisan political office, or partisan political group — then the expression is not permitted while the employee is on duty, in any federal room or building, while wearing a uniform or official insignia, or using any federally owned or leased vehicle."

The hatch act was specifically designed to stop govt workers particularly democrats from coercing other workers into voting a certain way.
