If Kavanaugh got nominated today the stink would never leave him for even fair-minded people.
He lied about a number of small things and that will never leave him, he showed far less than the superhuman composure expected of a man at this level. I know the various white trash and our resident fake Jew troll (just recently made a separate race in the US) are in pure partisan mode but thankfully their opinions and lives are utterly unimportant.

I absolutely agree, my point was that different people react to such situations differently. Some it might traumatized for life, some will shrug it off as no biggie.
