Kavanaugh hearing...

I have listened to the hearings on and off.

Every single moment I have tuned in, if he has been talking, I have heard him having to distinguish special counsels and the expired independent counsel law and or the Morrison case from each other.

Once again we see an an intellectual (and in this case an attorney) exercising his ability to distinguish fact patterns (and this case legal frameworks) and then we see democrat politicians trying to dumb everything down into a soundbite of stupidity for their base.

Heh. Cory Booker was left flaccid. He tried to make the big, bold move of releasing confidential documents so that he would appear ballsy for his presidential campaign and would be the big lefty martyr. Turns out the documents were cleared for release before that anyway. Not to worry though, he is still running around declaring himself to be a ballsy kind of guy who risked everything.

Sorry. Senator Dildo. Just keep playing the script anyway. Your followers are too stupid to know.

Most of this would have happened with any Republican.
The Democrats have been following Alinsky's rules.
They tried to Marginalized Reagan until he died.
They did the same with Bush Jr.
Now its gotten worse with Trump while they pretend
Jimmy Carter, Hillary Clinton and Obama were brilliant. (Bill is smart so I will leave him out.

Hillary could not name a single accomplishment of her time at State and I would argue she screwed up everything she touched. Jimmy Carter is a moron suffering from similar problems. Obama was probably above average in capability but had a problematic world view.
