I have listened to the hearings on and off.
Every single moment I have tuned in, if he has been talking, I have heard him having to distinguish special counsels and the expired independent counsel law and or the Morrison case from each other.
Once again we see an an intellectual (and in this case an attorney) exercising his ability to distinguish fact patterns (and this case legal frameworks) and then we see democrat politicians trying to dumb everything down into a soundbite of stupidity for their base.
