I have to say at some point you have to decide whether its constitutional that the individuals who own shares of banks who own the Federal Reserve system have a right to control the sovereign's right to create money.
If you allow privately owned banks to create money (therefore private individuals get to make the money) ... and you allow your politicians to accept money from corporations and other shell like institutions. You may as well just kiss your democracy goodbye. You are going to run by the few elite who run the digital printing press.
The really funny thing about the Citizen's united argument is that the statists here think its wrong when money buys politicians. Yet they have no problem with the fact... their team has been owned by wall street and the bankers (and the public unions they create) for decades... whereas the republicans have only recently gone from representing oil and other larger manufacturing entities (along with bankers) to just being being owned by wall street and bankers over the last 20 years or so.
As we exported jobs and industries we consolidated power and money in the hands of the democrat's pay masters... the bankers.
Citizen's united helps the very cronies who already own the democrats own the republicans.
