As a clip from the interview with Scott Pelley was released, Mr. Pelley said on “CBS This Morning” that Mr. McCabe had confirmed a New York Times report that the deputy attorney general, Rod J. Rosenstein, had suggested wearing a wire in meetings with Mr. Trump and that Justice Department officials discussed recruiting cabinet members to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Mr. Trump from office.

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United Statesor any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

The US Consitution is designed to allow the people to have a Representative form of government. Our current system does just that by allowing a way for a President to still be elected in spite of the “Tyranny of the cities”. When it come to removal of unfit leaders, I definately hear you on that. Let’s remove those politicians that attempt to promote racism, incite riots, cause economic damage to their communities, allow our country to be overrun with illegal immigrants, bear false witness, false accusation, and allow conflicts of interests. Actually, perhaps it is best to let voters do that. The forefathers of the United States felt that the people are the sovereign, that is the political power ultimately resides in the people and not through politicians deciding who is fit and unfit.

This video outlines the purpose of the 25th Amendment is to remove a President that has been mentally or physically incapacitated. The Democrats apparently want to improperly use the 25th amendment to bypass the impeachment process. This in turn implies the are not feeling too good with the Mueller investigation. This short video is worth watching.

Always remember, the forefathers of the United States believed the people are the ones who decide who represents them, not the politicians.
