As to individual 1, he’s already identified as breaking the law just not charged to date, with more to come.

I don’t have a case against Trump, I will leave that to the prosecutors.
 
They did wiretap the Trump campaign team. EVERYONE. Actually, it is tremendously worse than that. I remember when libtards accused Trump of being delusional when he said that. The surveillance went out two hops. That means that they collected internet searches, emails, phone records, bank records, text, etc. of everyone in the Trump admin plus 10s of thousands of other people and they still can't find any Russian collusion. That is because it was all made up. This is the biggest scandal in US history. Do you really think that Obama was blissfully unaware of all of this?

The FISC lead judge went after the FBI/NSA regarding FISA abuses and wrt egregious 4th amendment violations.

The Libs called Trump delusional because he alleged Obama ordered illegal traps. We were all cool with an independent DOJ obtaining warrants for legal taps.
 
Nice spin... but its complete bullshit. The issue was not whether they did it legally or not... it is that they went after the opposition team.

Trump did not qualify his first statement as to the legality... he said he just found out his wires were tapped.

Then we got a bunch of misdirection from official which in retrospect were really serious lies. There were a variety statements saying... there were no taps in which Trump Tower was the target. Many of knew that that misdirection as it was happening.

The real issue is not whether they got FISA permission... it is whether they were tapping him. You tap his team and you tap him indirectly.


This was an attempted coup. They have told you they wanted to take him down. Your argument is that the coup attempt was morally acceptable to you.

I would say regardless of the morality it did not follow the property checks and balances it was a tremendous illegal affront to our constitution and society...
