Just who are the bad guys in the polygamy case?

If the response to a hoax call is cps protocol, then we assume someone wrote that into law. Does CPS make laws? Somewhere along the way, as CPS mandates are law I again assume it was reviewed and approved by those who write and know law. This law has been enforce for quite sometime and no one has challenged "due process".
 
While I'm trouble by the "hoax call" aspect of all this, I'm not exactly sure how I want my government to handle such things.

If someone calls and says that they hear a woman screaming "help me" like bloody murder in my house I at least want the cops to come to my house to check it out.

Truly not sure what the answer is, cause neither do I want the government to be able to grab me and run because of a crank call.

Bingo. What is missing in the equation regarding kids? They can't scream "help me, help me!" Hence the mandated reporters, anonymous hot lines, Cps showing up at the door.

If CPS knocks on your door and you refuse or are unable to answer their questions you won't leave them much choice except to remove the kids.

How do the cops know it is a possible crank call?

The brain dead women in that cult are the main bad guys. Women are by nature supposed to protect there children, correct?

The women should be ecstatic the state came in and rescued the children from sickos that get their kicks in what a normal society would have them jailed for.

Forget the excuses. This is plain child abuse and rape. The women look like STEPFORD WIFES 2, the movie with horny men claiming it is their right to boom boom any child they want to.

Enough of this perverted bull shit, never send the children back and have the women involved disbarred from any PTA, tupperware parties, bridge clubs, etc. You get the idea. THE WOMEN are HORRIBLE SO CALLED MOTHERS. These women are UNFIT to even claim being a mother.
 
CPS is required tp respond to a call within 24 hours if call is classified as Priority 1. Priority 1 means the child is in danger of being hurt or dying. The call was made. They responded as they should have. Now they are dealing with a non social secluded and secretive group who do not socialize with outsiders. By the nature of who they are dealing with, they cannot get answers. They cannot walk away. And this is all before the call was considered a possible hoax. So they have to consider all calls a real plea for help until they prove otherwise. They had 24 hours to respond by law.

the sheriff was working with flora jessop for 4 yrs. flora was on the phone for 30 to 40 hours with the criminal phone hoax'er. given all the info that swinton had.. the possibility that flora coached the hoax and the sheriff coached flora is a huge possibility. the locals had pressured doran to raid the ranch previously. then you have the oil find.... i think what we have here is a huge lawsuit. you don't kidnap kids due to a conspiracy concocted by some bored bumpkins... i think we will see more to come in this case.

don't forget the age for marriage up till june 2005 was 14. odd how the state gets so righteous about all this and then turn around and want to give out condoms to 11 yr olds at public schools.

Do you think CPS knew all this that you state above? Do you think CPS was part of this conspiracey that you think is possible? They are just a service that responded to a call in a proper way to protect children. If it is a conspiracy like you say between jessop and the sheriff, then CPS was an innocent pawn to get the job wanted done by sheriff and jessop. And CPS did what they did because of the welfare of children, not to please townspeople, or to help oil people.
