Have you ever served in the military? In combat? Do you know anything about force ratios? How resource intensive it is to secure a town or city? Do you understand what asymmetric warfare is? Etc., etc. Obviously not. I doubt our military would turn against the people. But if it did, they would stand NO CHANCE. It wouldn't even be close. That's an absolute certainty. And that's why the Second Amendment exists. It's a put on government tyranny. Once again you show your total ignorance and stupidity.

Yes, nothing trumps the Constitution. Second Amendment is actually GREAT!!!! We are lucky to live in a country where we have the right to bear arms.

My point is that certain class of weapons have no real need to be in hand of citizens, and that any sale of weapons need to have background check. That's all.
