I'd be willing to donate my share of that millions ($5 maybe)? For his torture.
I always thought Americans were more compassionate and humane. A $.05 bullet behind the ear seems to serve everyone best.

I'm not always compassionate and humane.
It's not a summer holiday in Chicago without plenty of bodies in pools of blood. Heck, it's not even a normal summer weekend without a few more additions to the morgue.
Bernhard Goetz shooting four criminal punks caused violent robberies in the NY subway to drop by over 80% in the following two years. Sometimes it just takes a good example.
Chicago might be better off if the residents were allowed to purchase high explosives for the 4th...
