The ruling is based on "proven" fact. Fact that we do not have access to, but the Judge does! This is why we have courts and judges. You'll have to get used to that if you're going to stick around. We don't like lynch mob mentality in the U.S. And therefore we follow the rule of law, wherever that takes us. Sometimes we don't like the result based on our, usually, very limited knowledge. Whenever you read or hear something that sounds wrong, does not ring true, the first thing to do, is to consider the reliability of the source. Most likely the reason it sounds wrong is because it is, or alternatively because you lack important information. The reason these stories crop up, and on the surface sound ridiculous, is because they are being intentionally reported in a highly prejudicial manner. Such stories are used very handily by those with a particular political agenda. Truth is not the objective.

The proven facts are that the guy is an illegal alien in the United States. The United States has NO obligation to allow him to stay. If he was so worried about being sent back to Mexico because of the 'persecution' he might have faced, he should not have been drunk driving in the first.

I would love to get a hold of other cases this judge has ruled on. Guarantee this leftwing judge who makes judgments based on politics not law.

A higher court than your personal opinion will be needed to overturn the Judges decision, which by definition, stands as the law unless and until the lower court is overturned by a higher court. Of course you can disagree. But the judges ruling stands superior to your own personal opinion. That's the way the u.S. legal system works. I encourage you to try and get the system changed if you are unhappy with it. You'll need help to do that. So get busy.

Of course the majority agree with the present system of judges having the final say. That's because they know that judges often have information that the public, who rely on the everyday media for information, are not privy too.

He won because of people like me. I have a consciousness and could not bring myself to vote for Clinton. Where his base, evangelicals, set all of their beliefs aside and showed up in droves.

I used to have a lot of respect for them, even though I did not agree with their position on many issues.

Well, we all know now that they lost all moral ground they ever had.
