thoughts:
Good day for me, I forget that my plan is following trends. So when the chop happens(like yesterday) it is pretty bad. I have also been working on a range/chop Strat. But it hasn't been that good yet still need to work on it.

Up >90points today, covers my 20 points yesterday that I lost, so pretty good. Expected the selloff based off early price action. The V well, it is like the signature move recently. So I expected to ride it when it appeared.

Mentally, it is interesting. Observing what you think about. Yes I had euphoria from now making a good trade but also it is crazy how random your thoughts are(most likely will get over these emotions as they are slowing down, since I just came back from not trading). Most likely the hormones are messing with me. But it is part of being human. As long as I don't mess up too badly when trading. Hopefully I will do well. Will still do stats overtime, but I am pretty busy after trading this day and the next day.

This could be a lucky few trades as well. But we will see via the law of large numbers. :sneaky:

Interesting day, wasn't here so couldn't get the 2nd move up but came back and traded long which was good because my plan was not as developed until I realized what I needed to watch out for. Not the move downwards I couldn't predict that but another aspect to watch out for. I think as I keep trading this single strategy I will develop the nuances more.

Down >10pts today, a single bullet from 40, really no emotions today. Which is a big plus. I might be getting used to losses. Maybe not wins just yet. Will probably put in a lot of time today to do statistics, since my time is open now. Maybe tweak small things from my plan as I see the charts and the stats.
 
Slow days make my mind think there is going to be crazy volatility down or up. It is like a pressure cooker, but really it is all in my mind. The worry of a sharp down turn. It is what it is but it is a new worry in my head. I was worried about these days when I started trading on Monday, since I am not to familiar with them and I tend to do bad. Anyways longest trade so far nearing 3 hours. Trade might end up lasting until close if we keep slowly ticking up.
