Once RN's last post rings accurate to the trader, things start to make a lot more sense. He gives people different ways of viewing things, but in the end it's the traders mind that has to come to his/her own conclusions. If you read all of RN's posts, all of the technical stuff is already there. It's actually all over the boards. It's the stuff between the ears that can't be read. The mental changes arent some miraculous magic spell your brain reacts to. For me it was a lot of slow changes that added up and are still adding up.

My obvious is " make it your own, take ownership of it" and "thinking for myself".

For others reading this;

Probably the hardest times are; when you know the right course of action – but still can’t execute it/ them under fire (while trading)

Seems for every step forward…, at times we take five steps backwards

My only thought – keep pushin yourself

Ease into it… keep creeping up to it… keep punching it (the wall… albeit a mental one)

One day you’ll find yourself breaking through (then thinking is that all there is to it - jeeesh)

this so rings true for me as well, i also hate losing and it took me about a year to accept loses as normal.

I get no emotional reaction to a win i.e.

i deserved that win / finally in my favour / etc.

But losing still gets that twist in the stomach reaction, dealing with it but taking time.

A good bit of activity today so far. Finally got a breather. More losers than winners so far, but winners ran. That 1130 move was nice. I caught enough of it. I saw something some what new today. I didnt violate my plan in how I managed the trade but I went into more detail in describing it in my plan. I always need to be crystal clear with my plan because its the only thing I can be clear about. The market will always be uknown
