Active day today. 5 trades. 4 losses. no big deal. In one now. Holding until the plan says to get out.

As I wrote that I got stopped out. 5 losses. All small and according to plan. Will be reviewing them EOD.

On another note;

I think the trading dog days of august have befallen us

@ ~ 11:30 this morning – the one I’m trading all but dried up

My point

Mornings should still get a move – though it’ll be fast and furious

Late mornings / Afternoons – don’t expect much

And this’ll probably last till about labor day, or just before (notwithstanding shocks to the system of course)


Something to factor in as you’re reviewing today / trading tomorrow

Very interesting. I didn't think of it like that but I certainly agree that it is how my stocks are moving.

Ok. Back at it today. Time to put some new money in the account.

I looked at yesterday's trades and outside of rn's observation about time of year I couldn't see anything I would have done differently. All charts have been noted, captured and journaled.
