So you think when a woman claims they are raped, and says you did it, you don't think you suffer anything for their claim against you? You think people should be able to accuse whomever they want whenever they want the accused has no right to defense?

One of us is certainly unable to grasp this issue, that's for sure. Just not sure it is who you think it is.

I can’t believe how dense you are. In this case no one is accused. Talk about loose with the facts. Additionally, that is a separate question of morality, do we believe the accused’s denial? Again, not an easy question.

I don’t see that at all. I don’t know how many times I explained to him this was an issue or morality, not legal, but he never even bothered to at least try to understand the difference and he was inconsiderate of my time and intentions.

I find him to boring, too. No original thoughts. If I want the Fox News/NRA spiel I can just pull up theirnweb pages.

UsualName put me on ignore before when he/she couldn't debate a gun discussion with me, so I'm really not surprised he/she has done it again now that he/she cannot debate me on the idea that an accuser needs to provide some semblance of proof before their claim can be believed by any logical thinking person.
