Yes, because, as a comedian, he has the luxury of falling back on sense of humor and saying "he was just joking around".

As for Breitbart, for example, there are plenty of times where they have criticized folks "in their own tent". Conservatives attack the left AND right when they believe it's wrong. Liberals (sans comics) attack the right and ignore the left when something is wrong. That's not balanced.
