He is a millionaire because he is politician and the FBI and DOJ won't do their jobs. In any other universe, he would be in jail already. Add to the fact that he graduated near the bottom of his class although, his ego if fat as hell and he acts like he is smart. He is not after all. Not counting taking parts of other people's speeches and claiming it as his own. This guy is nowhere smart. He just has strong political connections and nothing else. So, he can violate numerous US laws on the books and get away with it. Can you imagine what would have happened if the FBI and DOJ actually, did their jobs? This guy would not be President or even Vice President or even dog catcher. He would be locked up.

I've always seen Joe as a dumb guy but his conduct of the Thomas SCOTUS confirmation hearings convinced me that he is also a vicious, prevaricating and nasty person.

President Putz doesn't believe in anything which makes him pretty dangerous. His choice of a deeply unpopular leftist who could not win a primary and never came in higher than 1% as his Veep leaves no room for interpretation.
