You will recall that last month he appointed Bacerra but could not remember his name when announcing him.
And the week before that he struggled to remember Romney's name so just ended out calling him "the Mormon governor." Smooth Joe. ....really smooth. OR NOT.
During the campaign y'all may recall that I said that if Joe gets the nuclear football and wants to bomb Moscow, then the folks in Moscow, Idaho better watch their arse because there is going to be incoming.

Just as scary, can you imagine Kamala Harris or Nancy Pelosi having her fingers on the nuclear button? And extreme liberal hacks have been busy bashing President Donald Trump when he controlled the nuclear button? Extreme liberal idiots dumb as hell and even getting dumber by the day!
He's not an idiot. He's suffering from dementia. Its not an intelligence thing.
I take your point and understand where it applies.
However, I have no knowledge of Joe ever NOT being an idiot. Dementia does not help but in most ways Joe is still pretty much where he has always been. It looks less pretty but there is no picking on a sharp guy losing to dementia going on on my part.
Any suggestions by some that Joe has lost his fastball to dementia are wayyy to easy on Joe. He absolutely totally never had a fastball to lose.
However, your comment arises out of a generosity of spirit so that is always good thing.

The right right wing media and GOP are struggling to find an effective angle of attack on Joe Biden. The truth is he is off to a start you wish Trump could have had. Fox News has more stories about Dr. Seuss than Joe Biden to show how they are struggling to find a way to attack Biden after he pushed a $1.9 trillion relief package.
You keep calling Biden an idiot or saying he has dementia while he is just rolling and growing public support.
I’ve always said that Joe Biden’s biggest weakness is his greatest strength, he’s old so he’s underestimated. He knows what he’s doing better than you, Trump and the entire House Republican caucus ever will, combined.

You clearly attribute to Biden what flows from simply having a dem majority/sorta in both houses and a president willing to sign dem bills.
You could put a lifeless robot or a cardboard cut-out in the white house and as long as he was willing to sign the bills he would be exactly like Joe. Whatever bills or policies were developed during campaign were done by his handlers, and whatever has happened since was done by his handlers. Joe is just wheeled out as needed and then wheeled away. He has made absolutely nothing happen that would not have happened if another dem president were there now.
Joe is totally, totally replaceable by a mushroom.
Trump was a total outsider who had to do hand to hand combat with both parties to get elected and had all of that to deal with. Biden just brought the entire swamp back in and all the retreads. Not only were they ready to go, they were and are so ready that they do not even need to involve Joe other than to prop him up as needed. The funny thing is, not only is that true about Joe but there is a growing suspicion by many that they are functioning without including Kamala very much either. 2024 is about what Obama and Valerie Jarett want. Think Susan Rice. And why not. Kamala is dumber than dogshiite.
Joe Biden was moved into the dem nominee slot because Jim Clyburn concluded that Bernie Sanders was about to win the primary race and that he was not electable. So Joe was wheeled into that position and propped up and Jim stuck the black vote to him like he was fly tape or something. He got there by being a cardboard cut-out that his handlers could use. And not surprisingly he functions as a cardboard cut-out in the white house.
