They just said on the TV, Elon Musk has made 20 million bucks PER HOUR this year. That is 5555 dollars per second, so for Elon picking up 20K (let's say 5 seconds of his time) is not worthy.

It is. While he made 5555 per second, he would have made that anyway. So not picking up 20k is worth it as in that one second he isn’t doing anything to earn any additional money.

In other words there is no opportunity cost.
