When I was healthier, I would work in kitchen of homeless shelter here in town every Sunday, I'd bring in 50 lbs of ground beef and help make whatever. That gave me much motivation to steal starting on Monday. Good way to help those who need hand up and good way to trade like a vicious trader, so you can keep doing your Sunday gig. Seeing families, beaten wives and kids, people living in their cars. Be surprised, you won't need much motivation after this.
Just an idea.
I'll keep that idea in mind Handle. I'll admit my motivations are still of the selfish nature; consistency/profits so I can trade full time.

Not many opportunities for this trader today. Choppy , lots of overlapping bars. Good job of patience. Trading reversals within a range is not my strength so I passed on those trades.
Only real mistake was not taking a trade I should have. Focus was good , patience good.

-6 ticks. At least I'm keeping my daily losses reasonable however I'd much rather be having profits.
Still need to review todays trades. Seems several ran 15-20 ticks and I was exiting < 10. Only 1 trade went to my full target.
Overall traded pretty relaxed.
Market has a different feel than last month. Adapting my head a little. Maybe next week things get a little clearer.
Don't think any real mistakes today but will update later if I see something in my review.
