Tough day. Choppy. 7 trades -2.00 pts I still need to do a review of the trades.

I felt in control of myself and patient. Overall, pleased with how I recognized and took set ups and remained calm.

There was money to be made today however just a little beyond my abilities. That is , given the chop/ranges I was seeing I passed on a couple trades.

Felt like I made a big step forward this week. Thanks, guys !

Choppy today. I had good patience and focus in the a.m. , lost some discipline in the afternoon and took two trades I should not have.

Did a fine job of letting go, not frustrated with the day but I need to bring much, much better discipline tomorrow.
