Been thinking the last couple of days – and what I’m about to say will probably rub you the wrong way – but it needs said
Yesterday…, I pretty much blew off you chasing trade’s 3 & 4 – because they were “within in the bigger TF”
I was wrong
You are going to have to learn to let go – completely
Kind of letting go…, is like.., kind of like being pregnant – it don’t work

Letting go is synonymous with being detached
Missed trades – no big deal – let it go
Winning / losing trades / PnL / trading your PnL– no big deal – let it all go
Discipline – as crazy as it sounds – let it go…, THEN…, why on earth not have the patience…, to repeatedly do – exactly what makes you money
Lack of discipline – at least in part – is us holding on so tight – we must fiddle fuck with it….

Letting go is necessary - very uncomfortable at first..., maybe even for awhile - but it necessary nonetheless
