They both denied his conclusions with respect to a Russian hack. The government and the data source the Russian used. The Russian specifically relied on this denied conclusion to conclude that Russia hacked the DNC. This is retarded.

Anyone with just a little common sense would conclude that the FBI should analyze the server in such an important matter or at a minimum have a completely different unbiased private sector company confirm the conclusion.

Of course it is. I don't think that any reasonable person would make a claim otherwise.

It is a possibility that hacking the DNC could be considered an act of war. That is why I am making the argument that it is retarded to rely on one private sector entity that is lead by a Russian to conclude that Russia hacked the DNC.

According to the article found at the link above, the malware is readily available for anyone to download and furthermore the author of the code claims it was made in the Ukraine.

The entire claim that Russia hacked the DNC is based on the malware used and that the same malware was used to hack Ukrainian military equipment. Both Ukraine and the source of the information in which Crowdstrike relied upon to conclude this, have publicly stated that Crowdstrike was wrong.
