I don't want to derail the thread, but for us it's all about price increases. Can we take one, if so, on what products? Is our competition taking price? If so, then we can too...that and managing our COGS.

short eur/usd @5559, Target @5475 which is the 1.272 fib. line bullish move of 5521-5702, stop@ 5589 todays high.

Last trade for the day.

Thought it would be nice to put the thought process of the trade on the thread. The what is always more fun when you know the why.

Sure, no problem.

I think I'll leave you guys to it, I'm a scalper so by the time I would post my trades they're pretty much over anyway. Plus I'm trading 2 platforms and usually have 3 pairs (and 3 charts) on the go so it's enough of a juggling act without posting trades on here as well! Aside from that my strategy is ludicrously simple and it probably wouldn't take anyone long to fathom it out just by watching a handful of trades!

Decided not to hold the position over the weekend. closed the position@5552 for 7 pip profit. Will study charts over weekend and re-enter market after analysis.

See, that just pisses me off. I Just got to my office, logged on, and my trade setup went another 20pips after I closed the trade.....GGGGRRRRRRRRR
 
Hey Ivan, I see you working, trying to catch that bounce off of the declining resistance line. My plan is to short the eur/usd as well, however I am waiting for after the next retest of that resistance line. Who knows, I may wait for something that might not come. I'm trying to trust my indicators. So far your trade looks pretty good Ivan!
 
Long eur/usd @5565 stop@5550 target @5600. Will sell failure of 5630 for target price of 5470. I want to see if I can call the up swing and the down. Time will tell, am I really a pipprophet. I don't think so, but i like the name none the less....

If oil don't bounce up during the day from it's morning drop, my analysis would be totally worthless!!!

Adjusted long eur/usd stop to 5565@ breakeven due to risk of the trade. If right woo hoo, if not, nothing lost at this point.
