Still short 30 yr from 119, tho. At least its not costing any interest. :(

Not picking on you cstfx, other trades in this thread are the same....

Price went up to 1.0819, so that's a 73 pip risk for a 35 pip reward :eek:

No, there's no way any of this can be with real money, it's not sustainable in the long term trading with unlimited/skewed risk just to be proved right on an internet forum trade call, it's crazy.

I'm out of this thread, it's pointless and doesn't actually make any trading sense.....

I actually take offense to this. If you don't agree with our trades, point out what you disagree with. But don't trash others because of their trading styles and then sling mud at the thread as a whole because you don't agree with the trading style of a few. Furthermore, if you think there is no way our trades can be with real money, PM me.

I know, quite well, that MY trades are with real money.

You shouldn't. It was directed at me, not you.

This is a good thread. I just wish more people would explain WHY they made a trade rather than just throwing up numbers. It would be nice to see things from another set of eyes what prompted a trade and give others a chance to see how it played out.

If anyone should be upset by that post it should be me, but I don't let shots like this drag me down. This is an anonymous message board. It is what it is.
 
Short 75,000 units EUR/TRY @ 1.7605 for 1.74.

Notice the small size (compared to my normal size). This is due in no small part to the volatility of this pair.
 
Long, AUD/JPY 350,000 units @ 86.97 for return to 89. Not sure it'll go that far, but let's see.

I apologize for the late post on the trade. I had to run to a meeting, but here is a screenshot showing I made the trade as I said.
