It's trading times like these that this is why we need 24/7 trading

Not sure how guys who went short at the opening today are feeling now.

There is no guarantee in the markets.
i was talking about the topic on this thread...not being able to trade equities/options overnight. When Russia started bombing Ukraine it was practically guaranteed money to short the general market and long oil. now it is back to choppy who knows what direction etc...

another reason why I am leaning more towards futures.

Totally, completely agree. +1 and yeah i gotta get into futs

i have almost completely switched over to crypto, it's true 24/7.
I also thought of doing the same, but the unpredictability level in cryptocurrency is at a whole different level. And then there are geopolitical events like the one happening these days, which plummet the prices of cryptocurrencies. Forex might not be a 24/7 market, but I believe it is a better option compared to crypto. Rest we all do what suits us, so I wish you all the best with your crypto trading.

I see cryptocurrencies as a good option to diversify my portfolio but forex trading is what has the maximum part of my money. I understand it better and no matter how volatile the market is, if I have a risk management plan, losses become manageable and great lessons.

Most if not all would 99999% disagree, but times like these where futures are volatile and anticipation of a market open are riding extremely high that 24 /7 trading should be implemented.

Money never sleeps so why should wallstreet!!!!!!

You can trade crypto or forex since they are 24/7
