I hope he keeps betting against President Donald Trump. After all, what is more hilarious than, watching extreme liberal trolls slashing their own throats? I don’t know if it’s that easy. That is to say America is safer with this guy dead.
The trump administration said this killing was to stop an imminent threat - their words, not mine - but are now balking at showing congress any evidence to support the claim. That’s shady.
Now the administration doesn’t necessarily even need an imminent threat threshold to justify taking this guy out, IMO. He truly was a battlefield opponent and was active in anti American interests. We do this stuff everyday to less profile people. But that does now necessarily mean we are any more safe.
Truthfully, we are less safe right now and does anyone actually believe the trump administration has thought this through to the third and fourth level?
Iran is opening saying they are going back to enriching uranium as a result of this killing. We cannot allow Iran to Becky’s nuclear power. That means we will have to go to war. That’s not safer.
Anyway, these things are not easy. When we take out a guy like Soleimani it does not come without a charge - there’s no free lunch.
No doubt there are risks to stepping up to issues. And the Iranians and all the other bad-actors know that if a dem is elected they do not need to worry about you stepping up to any issues. They will just tell the dem president where to send the big check and the apology letter with it. Does anyone other than a dem feel safer thinking about that. We know your view. And it is pathetic.
