Here, let me make the argument for you since you're struggling. The US and the UK should not have deposed a democratically elected leftist government in Iran for fear of 'commies' cutting us of oil. The US should not have gone and sanctioned Iran of basic goods. Trump should not have gone and OK'd the assassination of nuclear scientists and generals to make JCPOA unrecoverable. Had the last bit not been done, Iran would not be running into the arms of China.

China has to balance oil buying from the Russians and the Iranians. They’re grateful India stepped in to buy Russian oil at this time.

Here’s the thing, they all hate each other. The Iranians hate the Russians, the Russians are always scheming on everyone, and India and China beef over every little thing. And they all cross with each other over trying to skirt various western sanctions and trade rules.

How all of this is going to work out in the end is anyone’s guess but I can’t see this interwoven web of miscreants singing come-by-here for too long.
