Hillary got info from foreign agents through an intermediary.
1. He could but he never did and the emails clearly mentioned 'Russian government help' for 'Trump's election'. It didn't say Russian government pay to receive offer. I am making arguments based on facts, you are making arguments based on imagination.
2. How do you know he got nothing? Who said he got nothing other than Trump himself? And the law is clear, simply soliciting info is a crime, Trump Sr. not only knew about it - he announced that a big Hillary info would come in the evening, then he directed others to lie about the meeting by dictating false statements.
