Not much range today. Even managed a little nap midday. Sweet!

These days are easier for me, without all the intrabar volatility/overlap. Anybody else feel the same?

Volatility chews me up and spits me out. I prefer these types of days.

Easy to see the changes coming. Not up to the speed that the guys in NYC have described Spyder as having. But looking at the biiiiig picture, just a few points daily, and with regularity, makes things nice.

No boat today. Need to add more contracts for that to happen. All in good time though. It'll come.

Another repeat of the opens and closes in the same area for days.
