It Begins. Holder Announces Plan To Ban Semi-Auto Guns

Quote from bronks:

Where, in any which way or form, did I either: state I was a republican or sympathetic to the republican party? Although gun control is hotly contested between both parties, MY blurb had nothing to do with politics, and everything to do with lunatics.
Perhaps I made a mistake, but Republicans usually label anyone other than themselves as socialists:
Quote from bronks:

...socialist party organizing-skinheaded freaks...
Honest mistake.

Quote from bronks:

...leads me to believe that you are of french canadian decent. Fucking frog...
Now we're even, because you could not be more wrong. Although I live in the province of Quebec, I do not speak French and I hate the provincial politics here. Builds character, though.

Oh, but thanks for presenting yourself as an asshole (who also can't spell). It will make for much easier identification next time around. All I did was point out an incongruity in the wording of your earlier post, but you went out of your way to tell me what's what. Value added.

Unless, of course, your post was parody, in which case my hat is off to you.

You want to also provide the stats on income, number of people living in one home, education level, employment, crime statistics, people who can afford private security companies, gated communities, etc.?

Or do you just want to come to racist conclusions?

You do know Mission Viejo is an extremely affluent community, right?

Quote from Mag Light:

Safest and Most Dangerous U.S. Cities, 2007

Safest = Mission Viejo, Calif. 1.5% black.

Most dangerous = Detroit, Michigan 81.6% black.

the common denominator is NOT guns.

therefore, guns are not the problem.

end of story.

The truth includes all relevant data, not selected data which supports a racist agenda...

Quote from Mag Light:

you are making excuses, not accepting reality.

there is nothing "racist" about speaking the truth.

Those who haven't been to Mission Viejo, an Orange Country paradise...and make comparisons to an inner city like Detroit are not looking for the truth behind the numbers...

I know Orange county well, it is just up the road...one very big gated community mentality. High concentration of wealth. Lots of Mercedes Benz dealers in Orange County. Coastal city so cal Orange county style for the most part, very beautiful, and very expensive to live there.

Also another statistic always missing: number of law enforcement per capita, and budget of local law enforcement agency, etc.

Quote from Thunderdog:

Also, I wonder how the gun count compares between the 2 muncipalities.

Availability of guns are of course the problem.

Take away the guns, take away the easy availability of guns.

What happens?

No more shooting.

Do we then have knife fights and other more primitive crime?

Sure, but that is much more manageable by local law enforcement.

Ask a cop if they would rather enter an area where the people were armed with semi automatic or automatic weapons...or if they were armed with knives.
Quote from Mag Light:

all the RELEVENT data is there. guns are not the problem.

why do you apologists always cling to making excuses rather than address the issue head on? i've said less than what bill cosby said, is he a "racist" too?

do you honestly believe taking guns away from the majority will decrease those crime numbers. if so, i have a one owner bridge i'd like to sell you.

So you are now going to "libtard" name calling trip.

Sorry, not interested in going down to your level...

Quote from Mag Light:

more excuses from the libtards.

don't like the cities i gave as an example. in the link i provided, go down through all of the cities listed. again, what is the common denominator. it ain't guns regardless of the city.

Name calling again.

That is your method, you must assume that actually works.

Quote from Mag Light:

yes, i would quit too if all i had were your libtard excuses to back up flawed arguments. wise choice.

So the government forces people to own loaded guns.

This is a free society?

I bet if the government forced people to own a watch dog we would see crime go down just as much.

However, I don't want to live in a country that forces people to own guns...do you?

Quote from Mag Light:

Kennesaw Georgia passed a law requiring heads of households to keep at least one firearm in their home, exempting those with criminal records or religious objections.

"Seven months after it took effect, the residential burglary rate dropped 89%, vs. 10.4% statewide.

Crime against persons plummeted 74 percent compared to 1981, and fell another 45 percent in 1983 compared to 1982.

And it has stayed impressively low."

you were saying?

There is no need to provide substance to a name caller.

Once someone has gone down that road, there is no way to elevate them back to a rational road.

Quote from Mag Light:

another no substance rebuttal from a libtard.
