When international law is able to defend Israel against wars, threats, non-recognition, rocket attacks, intifadas, terror attacks etc as the law should, perhaps then it will be taken seriously. Right now all this toothless and one-sided international law is not worth the paper it's written on.

3- The Palestinians who stayed behind in Israel are citizens of that country, not a foreign one. They follow the law of the land of the state of Israel, they pay their share of the taxes to the state of Israel and contribute to the progress of the state of Israel. The West Bank settlers, on the other hand, are not Palestinian citizens but rather citizens of the state of Israel, pay their taxes to the state of Israel, do not follow the law of the Palestinian Authority. Their contribution are summed up in dissecting the West Bank into 28 sealed enclaves, steeling their water resources, steeling their most fertile land and homes and turning their towns and villages into big open air jails as in the example of Qalqilia and Beith Lahem, Nablis, Ramallah, Beereh, Jenin, East Jerusalm.
20% of Israel's population is Arab. If the Palestinans would allow the same mix of population then it would be easier to draw boundries.
You are again twisting the truth. The Palestinian population in Israel is 12%, not 20%.

Exactly, and it obviously failed as it did not prevent your tribes from invading Israel repeatedly and trying to wipe it off the map. It's the might of the Israeli military and the sacrifices of the jewish people that prevented that from happening, not international law, not the international community which was watching indifferently as 3-6 arab armies with the support of the rest of the arab/muslim world were trying to finish what Hitler had started.Quote from sameeh55:

They do suck, little doubt about that... I love it the way Israel finds ways to screw with them.. they put up check points and make it take hours to go a short distance to their jobs, shut off the electricity... how Palestinians can just continually be the biggest assholes on the planet is pretty puzzling....
If the Palestinians were serious about making a peace agreement with Israel, this matter would have been settled long ago. They care more about the destruction of Israel rather than bettering their lives and living in peace.
