Fake, biased reporting here. It has not been established that Isis Mamma is an American even though the article refers to her as such.
She is awaiting trial/a hearing on that and she will be allowed to come and make her case. If she is successful, well so be it. If not. Back to camel-land or most likely the Canadians will give her some kind of a windfall of money and free housing in Toronto just for being multi-cultural.

The article also is also fake and biased by just reporting what Pompeo claimed without also reporting that it was a federal court that decided that she did not present a sufficient claim for immediate return, but would have to await hearing.
I was assured right here on the forum by the google lawyers that her right to return immediately was a slam dunk and her citizenship was blatantly apparent.
Beginning to look like the slam dunk is going to require at least a couple years to get to the "no-brainer/everybody knows" part. More googling was required by some.

I was assured right here on the forum many times over that she would becoming right back immediately for her immigration hearing and that we absolutely, positively had to take her back immediately because all the lefty pundits here absolutely knew that she was an American citizen.
I am guessing that she is still closer to Camel-Land than Mississippi or Louisiana or whatever her plan was.
I do think she has a hearing coming up some time though. Sometime in the next decade or so.
And that's fine. She is entitled to a hearing. Entitled to immediately be treated as an American? Ahh, no.

Howz, that immediate hearing coming along. I see that she has managed to stay alive in Syria while waiting for her hearing- no small accomplishment. And yes, she is entitled to a hearing to determine if she is an American, when her proper time comes up in the queue.
