yes well, that's the problem, he is dead. Now if he was alive on the stand with my Cousin Vinnie as his lawyer we could hear a different side. It's different because the iphone is sold as a phone which can't be wiretapped. Not even by the FBI. So, not taking sides at this point, but it seems very deep in the long run. I would just like to hear both sides argue on a level playing field. They use to have this thing called the Supreme Court. If they would ever bring that back I would go by their ruling.ET, the phone was not owned by the terrorist. It was owned by his employer, a local government agency. He is dead in any event, so his privacy rights died with him. The phone companies are constantly subject to orders to assist wiretapping. How is this any different?
