Is palin still a candidate for president?

Reagan was a good president,but certainly not the best of the 20th century.Both Roosevelt's,Truman,Kennedy,Eisenhower and Clinton were better Presidents then Reagan

I'm judgeing from the list of presidents in the 20 th century,and there were no Paul like Presidents in the 20 th century to choose from

Off the top of my head the president closest to Paul might be Andrew Jackson and i do consider him one of the best
