Ike almost gave the French Nukes to keep them from getting the crap kicked out of them at Dein Ben Phu. But they did. 5400 French dead in the battle!

Ike sent in the CIA after the French left to create a puppet state- South Viet Nam. When that didn't work, he sent "advisors". When that didn't work Kennedy sent troops. The Johnson more troops. When that didn't work Nixon figured "ahh shit, let's invade another country" so he tried Cambodia. That didn't work. So after he resigned for being a crook, Ford finally got the message and we ran with our tails between out legs.

Now, Bush who was too gutless to fight in Nam, has us involved in two more wars that we could have won if he hadn’t bungled the strategy so badly. Invest in the makers of body bags. You’ll make a fortune over the next 100 years.
