Is it worth it to change from an IB to a FCM?

...poor customer service for one (chat is rarely answered and one is asked to leave an email etc. Inaccurate info is another) Pity because I would prefer AMP on costing levels. I do not need hand holding but do need a reliable broker...

Then you need a new and more reliable method of communication with AMP...

I have one of those. But all is well. I can even fund the USA account from the UK using SEPA. We are talking in a timely manner and I do not need that bakelite thingy in your picture.:sneaky:

I am in the UK and just about to fund a small account with AMP for Micro Futures. Not new to trading ( CFD and Spread betting) but reading some of the horror stories on Elite Trader I hesitate. I also notice long standing firms like Dorling accommodate small traders and we can fund via SEPA which is easier for UK residents. I am confused.com !!

what's the Dorling's website?

They dont have a website. You get an invitation to join them, once you reach a certain monthly volume threshold with a certain broker. It is a pretty exclusive and secret thing, thats why you dont find much about it here on this forum.
