since obama has been a no show in this whole crisis, the arabs feel empowered and attack isreal. In turn Isreal bombs Iran and a war breaks out.

obama is hiding under his bed sucking his thumb because he has no idea what to do right now.

I assume it's this clause: "establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity".

You know, the clause the lefties use to justify just about anything and everything.

Article 1 Section 8, The CONGRESS shall have the Power To..... Declare war.

Without a "congressional approval" all wars are unconstitutional. There is no obligation to defend or fight a war for another nation unless "CONGRESS" deems it necessary......

And not the POTUS.
