Well, I guess the cat's pretty much been let out of the bag here so why not.

WARNING: DO NOT READ FURTHER IF YOU DON'T WANT THE SOLUTION REQUESTED

The safe is in the wall after the movie plays...someone already mentioned the dancing guy pointing to a place on the wall...click there three times AFTER the movie plays completely.

The screwdriver is inside the safe. 1994 is the combo and use the key found in the cd player.

The second battery is at the foot of the bed. Facing the blank wall, click about half an inch to the right from the bottom left corner of the screen.

Basically, the shortcut is once the movie plays you can right click on the wall and play and you're taken to the door knob screen that otherwise would not be accessible without the screwdriver.

The movie can be played by right clicking either the cd case, the url note, or the mystery box.

Well if you just want to escape the room really fast, open the top right drawer, click on the url note. Then when the note is in your "items" list, click on it so you can read the note. Then right click and chose play. after the movie plays, click the "spot" three times, then click on the safe cover, then put the mouse over the safe, right click and chose play. that will show you the top view of the doorknob. Then put mouse on doorknob, right click and hit play. Once it falls off, click on the door and you are out.

Sure I got all 13 items and got out. But anyone can do that. You gotta get out with next to nothing. LOL.

Hey Jaronimo,

Here's an even shorter version. It is based on your last solution.

Get the CD case, left click on it to enlarge it, right click on it then click play. When the movie finishes, click 3 times on "the spot" then right click on the safe cover then click play. This takes you to the door knob. Right click on the door knob then click play. The door knob falls off and the door opens.

I played with it a few times. These friggin things get addictive. Once you figure it out you gotta try to find shortcuts.

I am bored with it now. It has already wasted two hours of my life that I cant get back. LOL.

PS: I did pass it on to a group of freinds. They are currently wasting their lives playing with it now. All have figured it out already.

Thats how you get rid of things on the Internet. You don't delete them, you forward them to freinds.
