Inflation causes riots and wars.

But if being Jewish I had to choose Nazi government or Somalia I would probably go to Somalia
In 1938 in Germany it was clear that Jews had no place in Germany. In 1933 German Jews still were in a state of denial about Hitler. They thought he would pass into the dustbin of history. By 1939 with outbreak of war nearly all avenues of escape were gone.
your point is well taken. If the choice existed in 1938-1939 Somalia should/not probably have been the choice.

No, actually you can't. You have no idea if a surgeon was able to prolong a person's life by a year or cut it short by 10, you have no idea if the surgery they pulled off was incredibly difficult with a 1 in 100 chance of success or routine, and you sure as hell are in no position to suggest alternative surgical methods based on your naive observations, which is exactly what you're doing here. This concept that any jackass is as qualified as anyone else to pontificate on something they demonstrably know fuck all about (economics in your case) is simply wrong on every level.

The whole reply was great, but this half -- and that "No, actually you can't." was jus' poetry. Jus' poetry. Elegant. (And of course, correct.)

"The US is a welfare state." - WTF does that mean? Every civilization group greater than 1 person socializes costs, whether those are the costs of roads, defense, police, fire, care for children and the elderly.....it's what makes civilization civilization. If socializing cost is "a welfare state" then every state since the Sumerians is a "welfare state"!

"the gov't as [sic] entity in the economic system is [sic] parasite in the economic system" - The positive impact of government versus no government has been established for about 6,000 years. Government is a method of organizing socialized costs, if you think a police and fire department are a good thing you'll need government to organize, collect revenue to pay for, and oversee them. If you don't think any socialized costs are reasonable, then again I'd encourage you to go live in Somalia for a month and get back to me on that.

"inflation is bad when it means higher prices but people are paid the same and not making more money. wages and income are lower. thus riots. [sic] and wars." - That's actually not the definition of inflation and displays and utter lack of understanding of the concept, but hey, he just finished Atlas Shrugged so he's an expert on economics right?

"like what is happening in many countries since the central bank in [sic] US [sic] policy of inflation and quantitive [sic] easing or creating more money than naturally exist." - What is the right amount of money that should "naturally exist"? That's a completely senseless statement on the first order, and second order the concept that we shouldn't have a modern fractional banking system is to argue for returning to medieval economies. They called it the dark ages for a reason!

Do I really need to go on and on and on pointing out to you the sheer idiocy of this drivel? Not only is none of it "true", none of it even has a basic mooring to reality. Go take a basic micro econ course, there are a bunch of great MOOCs that are free or if you prefer in-person your community college offers it for almost nothing. Once you've done that you'll have at least the basic vocabulary and enough of a grasp to hold an intelligent conversation. Until then you're basically a 9th grader who thinks they can tell a brain surgeon how to do brain surgery or an electrical engineer how to design an IC or a pilot how to fly a plane...you're basically so ignorant that you aren't even capable of grasping your own ignorance.

Great points in a great reply. I simply could not have been bothered but this is great stuff.
