So let's see who is ranked above the U.S. in deaths per million from COVID.

Let's start with number 1 -- Gibraltar had 2,791 deaths per million ------ but only a mere 94 deaths total.
Well let's go to number 2 -- San Marino 2,295 deaths per million -------- but only a mere 78 deaths total.
I think most rational people here are getting the problem with your boast of the U.S. being only "10th in overall death per capita".

The U.S. is the greatest nation on the face of the earth. We have the greatest technology, top medical facilities, most expense medical equipment, world-leading medical schools, and a high doctor to patient ratio. We should have had one of the lowest COVID death rates per million in the civilized world -- instead we are near the top in deaths per million with many of the countries listed above us being insignificant in size.

If Trump were running India, they'd have many more deaths.

India enforced stay-at-home laws and mask laws with beatings etc. Trump said it would just go away, and don't worry about it. That's the difference.

Summed Up And Dumbed Down
It's obvious to most people that the virus will transmit more quickly if the population is denser. (Maybe you can comprehend that logic.)

But a dense population can do better than a less dense population if they have different leaders; and one leader is a clown.
