Looks like Sweden is at an inflection point with respect to infections...
Last time around it took about this long for the herd immunity - or warmer weather to kick in around the world...
Sweden's results sort of challenged the idea that govt restrictions did much...
(IMO the crests and fall off were probably caused (mostly) by immunity, warmer weather and distancing but its hard to say what and where and how much. There should be little doubt the densely populated hard hit areas saw some immunity.)
This time we have a larger outbreak and its winter (with its cooler drier air
being probably being more conducive to spread) (in many parts of the world)
It will be interesting to see what the data presents to us going forward.
Hopefully... we will be seeing the crest soon in many parts of the world.
