He probably doesn't want to forget the danger that almost bully his way to a 2nd term Presidency while ignoring the science of coronavirus, screams of civil unrest and children crying for the parents.

Seriously, if you just kicked the neighbourhood bully ass...you'll be watching for awhile for any payback because that's what most bullies do. Thus, you need to be ready to give the bully another ass whooping again if needed.

People all over the world are celebrating...let them celebrate for as long as possible (as needed) to help heal the PTSD left behind by Trump.
